History of multiple scholarships given throughout Metro East.

Scholarship Program Criteria based on : 

•  Academics 
•  Awards, Honors & Achievements 
• Community Involvement 
• Extra Curricular Activities 
• Involvement within the Building Industry 
• Leadership 
• Career Goals in the Building Industry 

Eligibility: 

• Female, pursuing a construction-related career path (e.g., construction management, construction technology, civil engineering, architecture, design, or any trade specialty). 
• High School senior or enrolled in college.
• Minimum "C+" grade average. 
• No Previous scholarship recipients. 

Required Documents: 

• Most recent transcripts (with application). 
• Letter of recommendation from school counselor or teacher.

The HBR Metro East Professional Women in Building Council will begin accepting scholarship applications on January 15, 2027 up until March 31st, 2027.
